Wild Soul Open Heart

This is the place where I get to stretch out, to go beyond the slice of me I've been willing to share with the world so far. Yes, I believe in Love and talk about the importance of beauty and gratitude. Yes, I have purpose and love my work and my kids. But, I also like to climb up on my soap box and enjoy a good rant about gender roles or politics or our pseudo-puritanistic culture that frowns on letting one's 4-year old child run naked through the sprinkler on a summer's day. I walk with confidence and get things done and also, in my darker times, worry I might really lose my mind someday or sink into an inescapable depression. Yes, I am an open and sensuous lover, but sometimes I feel afraid and exposed and curl up to hide. I am all of this and I am content. Within acceptance lives peace. Within peace lies grace and through grace we are able to love and live in a big potent way every day. 

This website is an invitation for you to stretch out beyond the idealized self you have tried so hard to become. Time to let that rest. You've been trying for so long. As this website grows you will have the opportunity to share your truth and hear the truths of others. Shiny and dull. Beautiful and dingy. All is welcome.
